Just as every frame set is built from scratch here in our family run factory in Grosseto, via Nepal, so too are they painted.

Each frame is hand painted, one by one which means that no two frames are exactly alike. Even color shades can differ between two otherwise identical frames.

Before the painting process begins, all frames are given a "Cataforesi" treatment; for steel frames this means total protection against rust and for aluminum, against oxidation.

Tommasini frames can be assembled using the finest in Italian or international components. You will find that they don't need any special work such as facing because the are re-controlled for precision, one by one, after painting right here in our factory.
